If Perla, the luxurious upscale restaurant of La Concha that floats over water and oversees the Atlantic Ocean, didn’t already evoke the feeling of dining on a 5 star cruise ship, Dinner and a Show will rectify that in a hurry. Every other Friday Night, Chef Lindell Smith concocts a tasting menu that combines Perla’s greatest hits with inspirational new additions to be enjoyed alongside a rolling list of variety live shows. This past Friday, foodiespr got to try the famous Sea Bass with lobster Risotto and the tea-infused pork loin to the tune of flamenco dancing and a magic show! The result is a heightened version of what was already one of the island’s most magical culinary experiences.
Dinner & a Show is $75 for the 4 course tasting that includes a glass of Moët & Chandon, but you can just order off the regular menu if you prefer. Many of the delicious house cocktails are on special and Perla’s renowned wine cava is also available. Foodiespr will keep you posted on the next event!
